“Silvi’s coaching came at a bitter dark time in my life. I isolated myself from friends and the world. I felt defeated by life. I felt extremely sad and in a very deep abysm. I couldn’t see an exit. I looked and looked how to climb back up but I wasn’t successful. I just didn’t have the strength or the motivation or the desire to be happy again.
