My path is clear: I envision serving humanity, one person at a time, so they can feel the inner joy, peace, inspiration, excitement and contentment I am experiencing in my own life adventure.

MY LIFE JOURNEY

From my roots on the Mediterranean coast of Spain, to my current home in San Diego, California, I’ve always breathed life into my dreams. My passion for helping other people thrive sparked years ago, when I became a high school teacher as a career, following in my father’s footsteps. But later on, something inside me was craving to do more, to help more. Moved by my students’ struggle to deal with life challenges and emotions, and battling anxiety when trying to find their path and place in this fast paced world, I embarked on a new mission that lasted almost two years filled with excitement, education and intense practice: I became a Certified Well-being Teacher, a Certified Meditation Instructor, and a Total Well-being Life Coach with Deepak Chopra’s comprehensive programs.

In the meantime, I devoured books on neuroscience, neuroplasticity, emotions, changing habits, positive psychology and coaching. That led to my latest certification with Evercoach and Mindvalley as a Transformational Life Coach, fueled by my desire to uplift others around me and elevate humanity. My enthusiasm is boundless when it comes to empowering others to discover their greatness and reach their highest potential. Fascinated with observing and understanding human behavior and how the brain works, my own growth never stops!

Besides my drive and passion to help others unleash their gifts and create a thriving life for themselves, I cherish creating meaningful connections with other people. I love learning and exploring other cultures to enrich my life with different perspectives. I adore children, animals, nature, and the ocean. I love dancing, reading, writing, meditating, traveling, eating and spending quality time with the people I love.

Writing was a secret passion that ignited when I was nine years old. Not a secret anymore after having published four novels, fulfilling one of my dreams since childhood: to become an author. I am now working on my first non-fiction work, a book about personal growth and transformation, infused with my passion, experiences, and practical steps to acquire self-actualization.
